Sure, you could pre-order the newly remastered Friday the 13th 8-Movie Collection on Blu-ray, releasing August 10, 2021 for the cool price of $59.99.
But maybe you’re really just in the mood for some good old Pamela Voorhees action. In which case, may I suggest the newly announced solo remastered Friday the 13th Blu-ray for a measly $14.99.
“The terrifying first film that launched a killer horror movie franchise comes to Blu-ray in its original theatrical cut, remastered from the original film elements. The thrills start when the new owner, and several young counselors, gather to reopen Camp Crystal Lake. Years ago, a young boy named Jason Voorhees drowned, and a series of vicious murders occurred thereafter.”
Indeed, this was the very film that gave me my irrational fear of camp counselors.
The solo Friday the 13th Blu-ray will release alongside the 8-film set on August 10, and is currently available for pre-order.
