So opens the latest trailer for 2017’s Alien: Covenant. It’s an intriguing scenario, but we’re not given much time to think about it. Ridley Scott is bringing us a new batch of face-huggers and xenomorphs, ready and waiting to annihilate another crew as they try to colonize an alien world.

Yeah, doesn’t look like that works out very well.

Alien: Covenant stars Katherine Waterston, Michael Fassbender, Billy Crudup, and Danny McBride, and will arrive in theaters May 19, 2017.
