A dystopian world with a one-child-only policy makes things a bit complicated for the guy who just had septuplets.
Noomi Rapace stars in Seven Sisters (Or, What Happened to Monday?), a French scifi thriller from director Tommy Wirkola. Previously, he’d directed Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters.
This looks pretty interesting. Willem Defoe plays the father of seven girls, born in a world facing immense overpopulation, and under a government-mandated one-child-per-family policy. He raises them all in secret, but as with all dystopian tales, things don’t always go as planned. Rapace plays each of the seven individual sisters.
Seven Sisters will release in August, and will also be available to stream on Netflix. It stars Noomi Rapace, Noomi Rapace, Noomi Rapace, Noomi Rapace, Noomi Rapace, Noomi Rapace, and Noomi Rapace, alongside Willem Defore and Glenn Close.
