There’s a lot of movement when it comes to the Jurassic Park/World franchise these days. You’ve got the traveling exhibition, the Jurassic World ride do-over, and now there’s a whole new roller coaster on the horizon.
Excuse me, a VelociCoaster.
“Feel the rush of the hunt as you race through the jungle alongside Velociraptors. It’s the Jurassic World VelociCoaster, the apex predator of roller coasters. Opening June 10 at Universal Orlando Resort.”
I like the look of that…what do they call it? A cart? A train? It’s a train, right? I’ve played nine million hours of Planet Coaster, I should know this.
The Jurassic World VelociCoaster will officially open on June 10, 2021 at Islands Of Adventure. A limited passholder preview will occur in early May, but apparently RSVPs are already filled up.
